2. Availability – Kevin always made
himself available by proving an office, and cell phone number. I was able to
talk with him anytime I called. This eliminated the frustration of playing
“telephone tag” when questions or concerns arose.
3. Quality – Every employee or
sub-contractor that came to do repairs did an outstanding job. Kevin
worked hard to minimize my cost, but still providing the best repairs possible.
4. Personality - I must say, Kevin and his
co-workers are some of the nicest people I have had the opportunity to deal with.
I truly felt they were honest, and hardworking.
5. Follow-up – After all the work was
completed, Kevin called to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He provided me with
all paperwork required at closing.
What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned
out to be a very pleasant experience. Kevin worked with the realtor to make sure all
problems were documented and fixed within the time period given and that all parties
